FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Do you send items outside of Denmark?
Yes, we ship to most countries -  with a few exceptions only.


How much does delivery cost?
Delivery quotes will be calculated depending on the country of your residence. Shipping details and a specific shipping courier can also be arranged.


May I return an online purchase in your shop?
Yes, you can return items purchased in the webshop in our office within 14 days from the date of purchase. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were delivered to you.


May I pick up my items in your shop?
Yes, you can pick up any online order at our office. Send an e-mail and arrange a pick-up time.


Can I have goods delivered outside Denmark's borders?
If you want delivery outside Denmark, we recommend that you contact us at info@oplag.dk - we will give you shipping price and delivery details for the country in you reside in. You have the same right of return abroad as in Denmark.
I want to send an item back, what do I do?

You must ensure that the item is securely packaged in the same packaging in which it was delivered. Keep your shipping receipt and track and trace info until the item is returned to us. Remember to enclose a copy of the order receipt for your purchase. You must pay the shipping costs yourself when returning an item.
